Food provenance is the key here! We use only suppliers we know and trust.
Meats supplied to us only from our local butcher, breads from our artisan baker and salads from our local ‘Pick Your Own’, when possible.
All options include a chef, clothed buffet table, unique rustic display, quality disposable cutlery, plates (proper plates and cutlery available at an additional cost) and quality disposable napkins.
BBQ Options
Prime-seasoned 100% beef burgers, and Cumberland sausages (vegetarian options available on request) all served with soft floured buns, cheese and fried onions.
Accompanied by Green Salad, Coleslaw, Potato Salad, Tomato Ketchup, Brown Sauce and Mayonnaise.
