Come to Eat Street! Our Big Pan range is so versatile it suits any occasion. From garden parties, to weddings, to corporate parties, the big pan range has it covered from 40 to 1000 guests.  

The Big Pans really do give your event the wow factor. Our paella pans and new Big Balti bowls are visually stunning, whilst being very practical by serving your guests very quickly with a range of choice that is second to none.

The cost of the big pan will include all service and our wonderful set up with just a single price per guest. What could be more straight forward and stress free?

You can pick up to four main pan choices, each including a side dish.  Everything will be cooked by one of our head chefs at the venue, using only the finest produce from one of our local food heroes.    

Big Pan Options

Chicken & Chorizo Paella
Cooked with sweet peppers, red onions and smoked garlic braised with traditional Spanish rice. Accompanied by a giant green salad and crusty bread & butter.

Moroccan Lamb Tagine
Chunk of succulent lamb cooked in Moroccan spices with sun dried apricots, zesty lemon and tomatoes topped with freshly chopped coriander. Accompanied by couscous, mint yoghurt and herb salad.

Mexican Chilli
Primed seasoned mince beef cooked with fresh chillies, red onions, sweet peppers, tomatoes, kidney beans and seasoned with Mexican spices. Accompanied by steamed rice and grated cheese.

Thai Green Curry
Succulent chicken pieces marinated in Thai spices cooked in creamy coconut topped with freshly chopped coriander. Accompanied by Jasmine rice.

Beef Stroganoff
Tender chunks of beef sliced onion and crushed garlic cooked in a paprika and brandy cream sauce.. Accompanied by steamed rice and freshly baked sliced crusty bread.

Jamaican Jerk Chicken
Chicken breast marinated for 12 hours in Jamaican jerk spices cooked with green peppers, fresh chillies and fresh ginger. Accompanied by Caribbean style rice and peas.

Indian Style Curry
Choose from Chicken, Lamb or Beef slowly cooked in Indian aromatic spices. Served with steamed rice, Naans, poppadums & a selection of chutneys.
